Payment must be received within 10 business days after the order is confirmed. Please allow 10 business days for all forms of check and non-US Postal Money Orders to clear our account prior to shipping.

TheCloseoutVillage offers a 7 day refund policy only if the items sold are found to be incorrectly described. We are not responsible for pictures showing incorrectly on your monitor. The refunds will only be made if the following return guidelines are followed:

• The item must be returned in all the original packaging, including cartons, boxes.
• All returns must be boxed and packed securely for shipping. Each box must be accompanied with a Return Authorization (RA) number.
• Please place the RA number given to you by TheCloseoutVillage, on two sides of the carton being returned. All returns that do not have RA numbers on them will not be accepted.
• Refunds will only be given within 7 business days from the day the customer received the original item.
• Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
