Contacting us: We only answer emails through the Ebay mail system. We do not answer emails sent to our personal Email address. They automatically go to our junk box and get deleted. Too many scams that look like Ebay but aren’t. Please only leave us messages and questions in our Ebay "contact buyer" mail box.

Bidding: We sell a wide variety of mostly used merchandise. Items in our auctions are sold "as is" unless otherwise stated. There are no returns unless otherwise stated, or wrongly item shipped. We will try to describe the item to the best of our ability. Many of our items are used, antique or vintage pieces from estate sales.  Please ask any questions before bidding. We will always email you more pictures if requested and answer all questions.  

Payments: Payment will be due within 5 days of the end of the auction. We will accept Paypal, money orders, cashiers checks and personal checks. Your item will be shipped within three days of receiving guaranteed payment. Personal checks will be held 7-10 days to clear before your item is shipped. We do not end auctions early for any reason, so please do not ask. Payment must always be in U.S. dollar/funds and NO international personal checks. Please send the item description and/or Ebay item number with your payment. International payment must be either through Paypal or an International Money Order, both in U.S. Funds.

Feedback: Please leave feedback after you receive your item. We will always leave feedback for you after your item is paid for. Please contact us if there are problems before leaving possible negative feedback.

Shipping: We do ship Internationally. We are not responsible for duty/taxes that your country may charge you. We will show proof of shipment if requested but will not be responsible for lost shipments. We will ship to Military addresses (APO & FPO) but will not be responsible for lost shipments. We will only ship to the address registered with EBAY on your Account. If you have bid on multiple items, We will send you an invoice so we can combine some of the shipping for you.

Insurance: If you are ordering a breakable item, we highly recommend that you purchase the optional insurance coverage. We very carefully package the items, but do not want to be responsible for the postal service losing or rough handling items. We will not refund money if insurance is not purchased on these type of items.

Extra Information: In the shipping charges there are also handling charges. Some people wonder why sellers have a higher shipping/handling price than it actually costs to send the package. This is the handling charge. There are fees involved in putting a product on Ebay. There are listing fees, final sales fees, and Paypal also charges a percentage fee. Being aware of these handling fees might help a buyer understand slightly higher S/H costs. Please be an educated buyer though, some sellers charge EXTREME high shipping charges which have no explanation. Please read all auctions before bidding.
