Italian artist and winner of the Italian Studio Program 2000-2001. Awarded by illycaffe, this prize allows
emerging artists to represent Italian art at P.S. 1 Contemporary Art Center in
New York, and to live for one year in this American metropolis. Norma J. created a series of images that
depict a shower of washing machines suspended against an aqua blue
background. Falling from the sky, they
are fragments of an explosion, a burst of consumer icons.This auction is for 2 illy collection cappuccino cups plus the 2 original cans of coffee. The cups are brand new, never been used, and have been living in a smoke free home. The box is in great shape as well, as is the accompanying brochure.This fun set with coffee is sure to please!
